A. As a first port of call, I invite you to contact me to discuss your requirements, as no two projects are ever the same. The majority of my work is residential but will happily discuss other projects that may be of a commercial or home staging nature.
A. This is determined on a case by case basis, however my usual charging structure is based on a package rather than an hourly rate. This allows my clients to budget with more accuracy.
A. Yes, if for example the original scope of works changes during the project, and the changes involve additional work. I will offer either a second package for these additional requests, or charge by the hour, whichever is most suitable.
A. This all depends on the scope of works involved, and whether or not other services such as building works, are also involved. However, as much care and consideration is taken to ensure that the project is completed within a realistic time frame. If for any reason the project is held up, this will be discussed with the client at the earliest convenience.
A. As well as completing your requirements as quickly and efficiently as possible. I aim to make this process as seamless and problem free as possible. I can help you to make decisions that you may otherwise find hard to make, and offer sound advice throughout the decision making process. I am able to pass on savings to you with suppliers that I deal with, and you will also have access to products and services not always available through the retail market. You will have the opportunity to sign up to my newsletters which will give you access to the latest interior design trends, tips and other useful information.

A. My business hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Please feel free to contact me during these hours, either by phone or email. I regularly check my email and Facebook page, Decorate26. outside of these hours so you are welcome to send me a mail message at other times. Responses to these will be made during the next business day.
A. I am located in Epsom, Auckland.
A. Yes, it is possible. In the first instance however, I would invite you to make contact with me and we will discuss your requirements.
A. The first thing to do is make contact with me. We will discuss your project after which I will put a package together for you. Once these steps have been discussed and signed off, the scope of works will begin. Throughout this process regular meetings, email and/or other modes of communication are employed to ensure that you are well informed as to the status of your project. Once the scope of works is complete, I will organise a follow up with you to ascertain how everything is working out.
A. Absolutely! Nothing is purchased without your input, your knowledge of it, and your sign off. All of the suggestions that I make to you, are just that, suggestions. You will always make the final decision. Even when your decision is to let me make the decision!
A. Yes, of course. At your request, I will put a file together of the specifications used on your project which you can keep.
A. Absolutely! No job is too small.
